Big Foot Lions Roar Back with Raffle!

In their first ever large scale 50/50 raffle, the Big Foot Lions Club aims to recoup lost revenue from the cancelled Lobster Boil event. Their goal of selling 5,000 raffle tickets priced at $20 each, gives the winner and the Club, a potential $50,000 prize!

The annual Lobster Boil and Steak Fry event held on the last Saturday of July helps the Big Foot Lions Club serve their community. This single day event usually nets more than $50,000 in recent years which is why the club set a lofty goal for the raffle.

"We want to continue to serve our community with the same contributions as in past years." said lions club member Neal Raskin. "Our goal is to raise enough funds to be able to keep our promises to the communities we serve. We'll continue with our annual service projects like eye screenings and food drives, but we want to be able to make those substantial contributions our community appreciates."
